Refund Policy

We want you to love Flockstar! Here's how refunds work depending on where you subscribe.

Mobile Subscriptions (iOS & Android)

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled directly by Apple and Google, not by Flockstar.

To request a refund:

Apple and Google have their own refund policies and approval processes. If you have issues, contact us at support@flockstar.com and we'll do our best to help.

Web Subscriptions

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you subscribe through our website, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

After 14 Days: No refunds, but you can cancel your subscription anytime. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.

How to Request a Refund:

Email support@flockstar.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We'll process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime without penalty.

To cancel:

  • iOS: Device Settings → iCloud Account → Subscriptions → Flockstar → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Flockstar → Cancel
  • Web: Log into the Flockstar app → Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription
  • Or email us: support@flockstar.com and we'll cancel for you

Canceling stops future charges. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
